Just Air B&B guests stay at this newly remodeled home with brand new kitchen cabinets, counter, flooring and appliances. Comfortable, cozy living room and back sitting room with flat screens. Has eat in kitchen, laundry room, bath with shower and 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a brand new queen size bed , desk and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has new full size bed. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Private retreat on 45 acres, 5 miles from major highway. Salmon river 20 mins drive, snowmobile trails across the road. Private cozy cabin, full size bed and futon. This is all one area with a private bathroom. The bathroom has full size shower, the kitchen area has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker and inside grill.
