Amazing outdoor kitchen with sprawling granite, built-in BBQ, professional griddle and stainless appliances, including a dual oven are perfect for cooking. Huge sliding door invites the indoor/outdoor use. A wonderful mix of modern contemporary mixed with shabby chic, recycled materials. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds -completely remodeled with luxurious white bedding and cozy seating, the Peterson is a perfect retreat. 6 guests can squeeze in with an airbed in the living space!

Very comfortable home in Sun serra. Hot tub is right off the deck Pool is steps away. River veiws with parks within walking distance. Boat launches are 5 minutes from home. Tennis and basketball courts with a baseball field too. There are 2 golf courses and bike trails. My home has a master California king bed. The second room has 2 full beds and a twin bunk bed. My attached garage is available for toys. Have a golf cart on property for use. Tennis courts and a basketball hoop. Baseball field.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, my husband and I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.

This no non-sense home gets you in Sunland and on the river at a great value. You've never seen stars like you will here, the Milky Way looks like a cloud that stretches across the sky. Smores around the firepit in the backyard are sure to be a hit with young and old. The front deck is always drenched in sun and boasts an amazing view the basalt canyon walls.
