Little House on the Prairie

The house is a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, Dollar General, Jack’s, pharmacy and gas stations. A 10 minute drive from the Tennessee river with marina. Scottsboro is the closest big town, where there is golfing, fishing, hunting and plenty of restaurants available. A 20 minute drive to Goose Pond Colony; 35 minutes from lake Guntersville. There are several places within a 30 minute drive that are recreational. The house is out in the country on top of Sand Mountain, beautiful area.

Welcome to our farmhouse/ranch style home. You will enjoy the three bedrooms with one King and two Queen size beds. There are two full bathrooms making it comfortable for families or friends to enjoy being together. There is a kitchen stocked with everything you will need to prepare a meal or just heat up those leftovers from the many places to eat close by. Are you a coffee lover? We have that covered too with a fully stocked coffee/tea bar! All that is missing is you.

NOT A HOTEL. Come enjoy this 1970's A-frame with a gorgeous view of Guntersville Lake, complete with a stock tank pool and stock tank hot tub! The house is cozy and the vibes are immaculate. New mattress in Master. 1 mile from downtown Mentone & 5 minutes to DeSoto Falls. Covered deck over brow. Spacious yet cozy-feeling. Wood fireplace and fire-pit. Keurig and drip maker. Charcoal grill. View is partially obstructed part of spring and summer. We allow dogs up to 25 pounds, no labs or shedders.
