Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

Driveway access all year. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August, cools space well. No cleaning fee.

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Cupcake Cottage is open for guests again after a busy 2023 renovation: the same light, charm, and views remain but inside there is a new kitchen, floors, and heating system. And outside, a new deck and porch configuration, windows, siding, roof and dormers. The house is an 1838 barn complete with old beams and rafters, and modern finishes of hemlock, red oak, and western red cedar (all milled by local lumber yards) throughout.
