Located away from the hustle and bustle of town for a peaceful stay, but still only 3 miles from downtown Montrose for convenience and just south of town for easy access to Ridgway (26 min), Ouray (38 min) and Telluride (1hr 17 min). Comfy Cozy 2 bedrooms 1 ba, 70 & 40 TV, & Grill

Relax, our home is comfy with a 70" Smart TV in the livingroom as well as a 40" TV in the King bedroom. Total of 2 bedrooms 1 bath, living room, mini kitchen and front patio. We have also included a beanbag bed in case you need a 4th bed. Just open it and it will unfold into a bed. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces. (Noise is never an issue) The home backs up to a greenbelt walkway/bike path that leads to a park as well as a bike rout all over town. **NO PARTIES !
