Come unwind on our 5 acre family farm with goats, chickens, a mini horse and a cow! Enjoy the wooden swing by the pond watching the ducks, make a campfire and gaze at the stars. Trailer has a rear bunkhouse that sleeps 4, king size bed, fold out couch. Close to: Myakka State Park where you can observe alligators 2 miles from peace river famous for fossil hunting and sharks teeth! Just 4 MI from downtown Arcadia with loads of antique shops! -Secluded but close enough to town for shopping!

This is the first of the 3 in the building to be completely redone, from the floors to the bathroom to the windows! Perfect for a couple looking for a clean alternative to the expensive hotels in town. A 5-10 minute walk from downtown or Morgan park and the peace river. Relax in the country in our 2 bedroom home with views of horses, cows, donkeys, pond with water lilies, and occasional owl, fox, raccoon, deer, and turkey sightings. We are only 45 minutes from one of the top beaches in the US, Siesta Key, 10 minutes from the famous Arcadia antique district, and 15 minutes from shopping and the I-75 corridor that takes you up and down the west coast of Florida. The Grovehouse 2 story barndo with huge yard

This is a relaxing two story apartment that you will have to yourself. We built this shop in 2019 for our citrus grove caretaking business. The apartment is in one end of the shop. There is room to spread out so bring the family with you. We have a foosball table upstairs and other games. Our place is in a quiet rural area where you can see sandhill cranes, pileated wood peckers and gopher turtles. There is no TV but we do have wifi so come unwind with us!

A lil country, A lil beach time

* Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed as well. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock.
