This is a lovingly refinished 1915-era folk Victorian rescued from demolition and relocated to the banks of the Cannonball River in Mott, N.D., near the Badlands, Black Hills and agrarian prairie country. The porch is great for watching sunsets, wildlife, fish jumping in the river below and the occasional prairie thunderstorm rolling in. Stars like you won’t believe. The interior is a mix of arty eclectic and 50’s retro. I love this cottage. You will too. Kitchen ware, towels, bedding provided.

King's Guest Ranch Vacation Heaven

Our ranch is close to Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Medora, Medora Musical, Maah Daah Hey trail and restaurants. We offer a different experience than you will get it Medora. The ranch is a peaceful retreat while being an easy 8 mile drive from town. Guests routinely tell us the ranch rivals the national park for scenery and its right out their door. An added bonus, the drive to town is spectacular. If you need Wifi we have free Wifi in our guest lounge in our garage.

When you take the I-94 Gladstone exit you will see the 80 ' high "Birds in Flight" sculpture. At the end you will be at the enchanted castle. Cozy and unique home. Located in quiet neighborhood. Very large yard and pet friendly! Pellet stove for the cold North Dakota winters. And big beautiful yard to enjoy in the warmer months. Big kitchen, fully stocked for those who enjoy cooking. Only 30 minutes from Medora, and South Unit entrance into Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
