An architect gem with a million dollar view. Located on a private drive near Ellison Bay, this home is close enough to town but far enough away to be secluded. The main house features a roomy living area with sleeper, kitchen, dining room, shower bath, and loft bedroom. The newly-finished "Garage-Mahal" features a full bathroom, two bedrooms (one full and two twins), kitchenette, and small living room with sleeper. Rustic cabin nestled in 3 acres of woods in Gills Rock. One bedroom with queen size bed, a sleeper sofa with queen size foldout bed in the living room, blankets and pillows provided for both beds, however, you'll need to provide your own bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, soaps and shampoos. Full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave, and all kitchen and dining utensils included. Stand up shower in the bathroom. 2nd house rule - no smoking, and no pets.
