Gorgeous Old City Apt in Downtown Knoxville, TN

This gorgeous apartment has been updated with Marble countertops. The space is great for work or play. It has exposed brick & hardwood flooring throughout. The bedroom and bathrooms have luxury linens, walk in shower and double sinks. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. The neighborhood has amazing local restaurants steps from the front door. There is a list of our favorite places to eat in the apartment and I am happy to assist with any of your travel or entertainment needs.

Location, Location, Location! Located in the Old City close to Market Square, Gay Street, UT campus and Knoxville Urban Wilderness. Free parking next to the condo with parking pass. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer without having to get in your car! Walk or bike to restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Entire condo to yourself, other than some owner only storage. Enjoy a stylish, cozy, and efficiently laid out apartment equipped with all you’ll need: newest appliances, modern furnishings and cleaner than your house (we’re confident in this aspect). Perfect for 2, but can host 3. Located downtown, with all the good and not-so-good that goes with that. If you don't like city life, please don’t book it just to leave a negative review. Walking distance to UTK, Neyland Stadium, Children’s Hospital, restaurants, shops, parks and Tennessee river.

This converted 1940's-era industrial building is now a 2000+ sf open format loft with a modern vibe. Skylights provide plenty of light. Enjoy the view onto your private courtyard from the windows that make up the majority of the back wall of the common kitchen/living/dining space. Chill out on the couch or cook a gourmet meal with family and friends. Two large en-suite bedrooms welcome you to your nightly rest. And even though we are downtown, noise is nearly always minimal.
