Recently remodeled apt located near 15th & Mercer in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood (with a walk score of 95), this upstairs apartment has everything you need: parking, keyless entry, a large living space & kitchen, a washer & dryer for longer stays & A/C! The light is bright thanks to bay windows & the gas fireplace keeps things nice and cozy on cooler days. The space has one bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable couch in the living space and a den with a comfortable queen-size day bed.

At the top of Capitol Hill, my home hosts a self contained private studio ~310 sq ft. with your own private front door, queen bed, small kitchen, 3/4 bath and back deck with koi pond viewing. Enjoy short walks to shops and restaurants all around Capitol Hill and/or walk or take the light rail to downtown Seattle. Free parking is provided in the Diamond Parking Lot right around the corner from the house (about 100 feet away). You are welcome to use the driveway for loading and unloading.

Our cozy en-suite is located in the heart of the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. Light Rail Capitol Hill Station is 4 blocks away. We are 3 blocks to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studios and more. Paramount theater, downtown and Amazon (So Lk Union) all within a 1 mile radius. We are near Seattle U and Seattle Central. Lyft/Uber and city transit are easily accessed. No designated parking space, however happy to loan the use of our guest parking permit for zoned street parking.

This outstanding apartment was built for a Son and Daughter-in-Law with very good taste. On the second floor of a home, very private, surrounded by trees, even though it is a city home. Lots of natural light, and everything to help you feel you are in your home away from home, including a deck BBQ, full kitchen and very comfortable queen beds. AND, we will do everything we can to make your stay a positive experience. QA is one of Seattle's more desirable neighborhoods and one of the safest.
