Cozy King Street Suite Upstairs

Cozy suite with a queen bed and a private bath along with a private den with a futon, TV, and desk. Please note that there is no kitchen. Only a microwave and mini fridge. The suite has a private entrance. The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area. There are also several museums close by, and the stadium and concert venues are very close as well! There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.

One bedroom "hotel like" unit with full bathroom, kitchenette and backyard/patio with grill. Just two blocks from the beach. Everything in the unit is entirely private. There is absolutely no shared space. This is a ground level unit. There are neighbors above. Occasionally they can be heard. Quiet corner in south Jax Beach close to retail shops and grocery stores. Within a few miles of Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa and many popular bars and restaurants.

Perfect space for your weekend or monthly stay. Conveniently located close to the beach, dining, Mayo Clinic, golf and shopping. Perfect for two people with or without your special pet. We love your dog, but sorry we can't accommodate your kitties. Small kitchen space with coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, top cooker for burgers, grilled cheese, eggs and has a large fridge. A short drive to the beach. 5 minutes max. Easy to bike to, but a little far to walk

Cute, clean efficiency apartment within a larger home. Completely private with separate entry door. Luxury vinyl "wood" flooring, Memory foam mattress. Appliances include dorm fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, burner, coffee pot. Plenty of storage and a large closet. Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!
