Large private suite with private entrance. Unit includes a large private bathroom and kitchenette which includes a sink, toaster oven, hotplate,coffee maker,and fridge. (Coffee is provided) Ideal for the weekend warrior who wants a comfortable, private place to sleep. Our Christmas Valley home has access to hiking and biking trails right out the front door. We are as close as one can get to Kirkwood and still be in South Tahoe. Suite is on second floor and is accessed by outdoor stairs.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. Great location, private sauna, and accommodating host right next door, I have all the recs and free parking, what more could you ask for? Fast wifi, electric fireplace, and a cute little kitchenette, Come on in with self-check in and you're all set Heavenly ski resort, trails, beaches, and casinos all within 10 mins away Book BEARadise and you'll for sure have a great stay ;) Hope you liked my little poem! Private studio apartment with kitchenette and washer/dryer! Central location means you're equally close to everything great about Tahoe! Stateline- 6.6 Miles Heavenly- 5.5 Miles El Dorado Beach- 5.7 Miles Sierra at Tahoe- 12.7 Miles You have your own apartment with your own garage parking space, but having the hosts next door means if you have any questions we're right there! We've got a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a nice walk to the river if you're so inclined.

Our place is close to skiing at Kirkwood, Sierra, Heavenly (all within 30 minutes or less). A 15 minute drive (depending on traffice) will take you to Lake Tahoe for summer on the water. Trails, sledding, hiking, mountain biking or quiet relaxation in the woods; property backs up to National Forest. You’ll love our place because you'll feel comfortable and right at home! Our home has recently been remodeled. Our place is good for couples and families (with kids).
