Perfect Vacations - (Sanitized) Fun game room.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and perfect stay. The house is clean and comfortable. This house has 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-sized bed, one room with a queen-sized bed, one room with a full-sized bed and bedroom with (2) twin sized beds. The house has a private outdoor pool. We are a pet friendly home (pet fees apply). Comfortable and clean, very good location next to the northeast regional park (sports complex with several sports areas and a dog park, a lake to navigate your boat and a playground for children) The house is about 24 minutes from Disney and 13 minutes from the new H2O Live water park located in Margarita Ville, on 192. The location of the house allows you to see the fireworks of Disney World at nighttime from pool area/deck. The neighborhood is remotely quiet, the community has a park with a playground, a sports area with a tennis court & basketball court and community swimming pool. A bus stop is about a 7-minute walking distance from the house. Head to the website golynx.com you will be able to type in the address to find the bus number, the different routes and times to take you where you would like to go. The house is located near a park that includes soccer, football, lacrosse fields along with basketball courts, tennis courts, children’s playground and lake. You will occasionally hear horns, whistles, cheering and laughter from people from the fields as games are hosted there. We are a pet friendly home, the pet fee $200 per pet. Please inquiry about your pet! We need the pet fee paid before your arrival or it will be an additional charge if you register your pet with us once you’ve already arrived. Pool heating is a fee of $50 per day with minimum of 3 days. Please inquiry about the pool heating fee since it’s needs to schedule before your arrival date! Again, this needs to be done before your arrival! We do not turn on the pool heater unless it’s paid for first.

Welcome to la Casita de todos! This home will be your home away from home, children-friendly, and spacious for the whole family! Dogs under 20 pounds are allowed with a 75-dollar fee per pet. HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $40 (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning).
