Come enjoy our beach house. It's been in the family for years and we have loved it. Remodeled in 2021, with new furnishings and decor, with a bright full kitchen space with new appliances. Awesome back yard with year round creek! Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean waves and have lunch across the creek at the picnic table! 2 bedrooms, and new vanity in the bathroom. A new recliner couch as well. The shower is very small but there is a rain shower head. 350 square feet. Small and comfy. You will walk by the big house and their hot tub. It is shared. This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.
