I am creating an airbnb account for my two lovely parents, who are empty nesters for the first time in thirty-two years. We, myself and my five siblings, were blessed to be raised in the quaint city of Batavia, IL, which boasts river paths, close proximity to a train station that will take you into Chicago, and historic neighborhoods such as our own. Our property consists of two homes, our own and a coach house, which we would love for you to stay in! Both are situated on a family-friendly old-fashioned alley with mature maple trees. This cozy, clean home is located 2.9 miles to Beach, Outlet Mall, and Casino. Quiet neighborhood. Well maintained property. Perfect for a couple or business traveler. It is not child proof. It is not suitable for small children. There are open stairs that cannot be blocked. We do not accept pets. I have an autoimmune disease. I am allergic to pet dander We request drivers license of each guest. Per Airbnb guidelines I am disclosing we have cameras on exterior north/east of home with audio.
