Sunset View on Lakeshore Drive

This 1,600 square foot home has a stunning view overlooking the Tittabawassee River. With three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen beds) and a set of bunk beds it comfortably sleeps eight. There is a large dining room to enjoy family meals together. Complimentary coffee bar provided. The sunroom is warm, inviting and offers amazing views! The finished garage/game room gives you even more room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The large, deep, double lot has plenty of room for off-street parking. Enjoy excellent quality water from the artesian “flowing” well. There is a Generac generator so even mother nature can’t ruin your visit. Centrally located in Gladwin County in the “Wooden Shoe” area located near M-61 & M-30. Only 16 miles from I-75 and 21 miles from US-127. Gladwin County has thousands of acres of state land with trail systems for ORV adventures, Jeep rides, snowmobiling and much more. The “Gladwin Trail” portion is easily accessed from this property.

Beautiful 2BR+Loft Cottage with amazing views!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits at the highest point on the river, with a deck & fire pit overlooking the river providing a breath taking view from sunrise to sunset! Theres a cozy loft for sleeping, and a sun room where you can relax and read all day long. 1/2mile away you have access to 100s of miles of trails for hiking and ATVs. Within a 45 minute drive you have Houghton Lake, smaller lakes, splash pads and casinos, something for the whole family.

The Cozy Den is the perfect place to enjoy a more peaceful, relaxing time. With it's unique log cabin design you'll feel like you've just transported yourself and your family to the good old days. Enjoy the lake located across the gravel drive from the cabin. Kids can play at the waters edge(“beach”area is tiny but keeps kids busy for hours) spot to put in rafts, kayaks & the paddle board) Plenty of bass to catch from shore too. Enjoy nighttime Bon fires and board games at night to wind down.

Northern Retreat-hot tub-pool table-arcade- darts

Enjoy this beautiful retreat that will provide you a peaceful getaway. Our home sits on one of the “fingers” of Wixom Lake and currently has a small stream running through (not accessible). If you're not familiar with this area the dams failed in 2020 but there is still a ton to enjoy on the property and the surrounding area. The home features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, rec room with a pool table, dart board, bar, tv, BBQ grill & hot tub. Enjoy this wonderful place while the rates are low.

Rustic Lake Cabin with Beautiful Sunset

"Rustic” cabin on main part of Secord Lake. Swimming & Kayaking only. Two Kayaks are available for you to use. Beautiful view overlooking the water. Amazing sunsets. Peaceful mornings. Large windows to enjoy the view from inside. Indoor bathroom with an outside shower. (No inside shower or tub) Two beds in the loft. Eat inside or outside- Picnic table and patio set with 4 chairs. Firepit area near beach with camp chairs. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. It was brown/blue - now it is green.

"Laughing Turtle", 25 minutes from Midland, overlooks the river and the lakebed from the former Wixom Lake. The large windows open to sweeping views. Lakeview cabin and guest house with full access to all sports Elk Lake with large space to tie off pontoon, jet skies or boat. Free access to kayak. Fire pit with beautiful view of Elk Lake. Plenty of sleeping space so this cabin is perfect for large families as well as hunting/fishing groups or girls/ boys weekends!
