Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

The bay is quiet, perfect for paddle boarding and also home to some of the best bass fishing in the country. The spacious yard has a hammock and tree swing, lovely for reading a book or relaxing with a glass of wine. The back deck overlooks the lake with rocking chairs and a hot tub. Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. Camper living in Vermont winters. Owners on-site. Camper is winter ready and offers an affordable place to stay close to the lake views. Plenty of on-site parking for boats/trailer. We are close to the NY ferry but you don’t need to take a ferry to get to our place.
