Nestled in an aspen grove overlooking Vega Lake, the cabin sleeps 17 people (kids included) and parks up to 8 vehicles. Wildlife abounds and the lake is full of trout (some up to 5 lbs). Relax with the whole family or a couple of friends at this mountain cabin retreat; BBQ on the large deck listening to music or campfire at the 7 foot fire pit and bask in the glow of the mountain sunsets. When the evenings get cool enough, have a dip in the cedar hot tub and take in the views. If you're feeling like something more, venture to nearby Powderhorn, the Grand Mesa Lakes, Grand Junction, Palisade, etc. No matter the time of year, there is plenty to do and see.

Peach & Love Casita

Nestled in our elm forest, the casita is a private and tranquil oasis. This home was naturally built with earth based materials. Enjoy the views of our beautiful pond right outside the back deck with your morning coffee and watch the trout jump. Although small, it is completely equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, instant hot water, and laundry. Paonia is a short two minute drive, 5 minute bike ride, or 15 minute walk away. The Grand Mesa is beautiful! We are located at 10,200' in elevation. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SNOW ON THE GROUND THROUGH MAY AND INTO JUNE. We have a total of 9 cabins for rent. We are across the street and a short walk to two lakes, beautiful scenery, hiking trails, XC skiing, atv-ing, snowmobiling, canoeing, mtn biking, and great fishing! We rent boats, stand up paddle boards & snowshoes. We also have snowmobile tours and rentals. There's something for everyone!

Cozy Spacious Cabin

360 degrees of breathtaking views unlike no other! Situated at the base of Powderhorn Mountain Resort and the entrance of the Grand Mesa National Forest this. A perfect place for large families and groups to get away, and have the room to relax. The primary suite and the second bedroom are located on the main level. Downstairs has a bedroom and a large bunk room that can sleep 12 people, alone. WiFi and smart TV.
