Nice Clean Private Guest Suite

My place is close to the District shopping center, close to many restaurants, parks, daybreak lake, and trails. We are 1 mile from Trax train station in DayBreak, and 16-20 miles to 4 different ski resorts. We are 10 miles to South Town Expo center. You’ll love my place because of the people, and the neighborhood. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This space has nice full kitchen, large family room with foosball table and TV.

Beautifully renovated garage, turned into a large apartment suite. This space offers all the conveniences of a home. Everything inside is brand new, and beautifully designed. In the back of the suite there is an eight person private hot tub to enjoy! The suite is in a wonderful location, near shopping centers, movie theaters, quick access to highways, walking trails, with beautiful views. Come stay in our updated basement unit! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs. We occupy the upstairs.

Quiet neighborhood on a deadend street. Close to the mtns and central Logan. Next to a new park and walking areas, clean and comfortable. Excellent work space with plenty of good lighting and electrical outlets and comfortable chair. The bed is a "Tuft and Needle", exceptionally comfortable! Plenty of light! A new kitchen, microwave, stove, sink, cabinets, window, Boniveta coffee brewer and many others. Additional bedroom is available with full private bath for $45 extra person

I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
