A Mexico Beach gem, located steps from the beach. This cottage has lots of Old Florida Charm. Original knotty pine walls give the home a cozy feel and gives guests a look into the Florida of the past. The cottage has a fenced in backyard, hammocks, TV’s in each room with streaming services, WiFi, and other amenities to help you feel right at home! I also try to keep a good selection of wagons, pier carts, buckets, beach chairs, cornhole, dip nets, fishing tackle, and beach toys on the porch.

Cute cottage with guest quarters and large deck that connects guest quarters with cottage. Relax on the deck of the large screened in front porch where you can swing yourself to sleep. Great outdoor shower (best in town). A fenced in yard to keep your pets in with lots of parking space even for your boat. A cleaning station for your daily catches is available. A short walk will take you to the sandy beach with amazing sunsets. The Cottage sleeps 2 and the guest house sleeps 2. (4 Max)

Newly renovated and beautifully updated. It is a 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a set of built in bunk beds, 1 bath. Cozy open living room and kitchen with french doors to private patio and outdoor dining area with beautiful palm trees. Just a short walk across Hwy 98 to the dedicated beach! This little cottage is so close to the water that the surf is audible from the porch. This place is the definition of simple living and is perfect for small groups and families. Fishing is extremely popular here as well. Also, take advantage of building fires on the beach, watching beautiful sunsets, and star gazing. The cottage is walking distance from the Tradin' Post, Peachy's, Weber's Donuts, Cape Coffee and IceCream, and St. Joe Shrimp Co.
