3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Entire Lake house on deep water cove.

Entire house located on Hartwell Lake just 10 mins from Portman Marina and 5 mins to party island. Large private dock with sun deck and 20 feet depth off dock. Easy sloping gravel walk way to dock. Short drive to Clemson. Paddle boards are available. Double Springs boat ramp is one mile away. Access to the lake is via a gravel path right across the street marked by a yellow arrow sign. The house is across the street from the lake. There is space for boat trailer parking on the property.

Our adorably decorated lake house offers an ideal lake house experience. There is a beautiful, clear view of serene Lake Hartwell -- from just about all rooms! Use the private, large dock to fish in one of the top fishing spots on Lake Hartwell -- deep water in Shoal Creek. The dock is down a very short, gentle slope from the house. The house is located in quaint Lavonia, Georgia - about 20 to 25 minutes from Clemson University, 40 minutes from UGA, and 15 min. from Toccoa.

Peace of Hart Retreat!

This peaceful retreat has everything you need to relax and breathe. It overlooks farmland pastures with wildlife and livestock in all directions. It is 6 miles from downtown Hartwell which hosts many restaurants, a brewer, and many community affairs. It is just a few miles from several lake access points. Plenty of easy maneuvering parking for your boat! This would make a great long term work related stay as well.

The Shanty on Waites

This tiny home is located on a peaceful wildlife-filled peninsula that stretches 3 miles out into Lake Hartwell. It is 0.8 miles (3 min. drive) from Jarrett Landing with Green Pond Landing only a 12 min. drive away. The driveway is wide and extra long providing ample room for a boat and trailer (or two!). Only 25 minutes from Clemson University for the Tiger fans!
