When you stay at this centrally-located home you are a short 5 min walk to the beach and downtown. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. Views of the river and boat traffic. Plenty of room for family and friends. 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Updated kitchen and baths. Outside you have a nice seating area, BBQ area, and plenty of parking. Grill and firepit. 5 bedroom. 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 twin-over-full bunk beds, 1 day-bed that opens into a King/double-twin. TV in each bedroom (65 inch TV in master bedroom). 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower). Versatile seating inside and outside of the house to accommodate groups of varying sizes!
