Truly stay in the center of it all on the Homer Spit. Just out your door are the many shops, galleries and restaurants, yet on your beach side deck overlooking the beautiful vistas of Kachemak Bay, you’ll swear you are miles away. Conveniently located next door to Central Charters and Tours and Captain Pattie's Restaurant, across the street from the Homer harbor. We have 4 more units. 3 on the spit and 1 house in town. Convienenty location and modern design with the comfort of vintage touches through out. A beautiful view of the bay from the dinning room and coffee nook and easily located right off the sterling highway. Not even a mile from the grocery store or many great Homer restaurants. We try to include everything you'd need to enjoy your stay, some light breakfast options, coffee, tea and shampoo/conditioner. We offer suggestions of places to go if interested and love sharing homer insight, just ask.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located dog friendly cabin. There are two cabins on the property, Nanook East and Pirlo West. Located in the heart of old town, close to restaurants and only a brief walk to Bishop’s beach. Each cozy cabin has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable! The cabin has been recently renovated with a new king sized bed and a pullout couch that fashions into a full sized bed. The couch is most suitable for children. So many adventures to await!

The Homer Roundhouse is a perfect lodging choice for a couple, a small family or 4-5 adults. Located on a small road across from the beach yet hidden in town, this first class yurt is wonderful. All modern appliances and conveniences. You'll love it! We only book 3 night minimum stays on our calendar until March 1st then we open our calendar up to fewer days. Please know that there is so much to do and see in the Homer/Kachemak Bay area that 3 nights should always be the preference.

Sea Suite on the Homer Spit

Cute 2 bedroom suite with 180 degree view of Kachemak Bay on the Homer Spit. The suite sits on a boardwalk where the waves roll underneath you on the high tide. From the porch, you will be able to watch seals, sea otters and other critters swim by and see the volcanoes on the other side of Cook Inlet. The suite has a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, hotplate, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, the couch folds out to a full sized bed.

Our Loft Apartment is separate and quiet, exactly what you'll want after a busy day! Sleeps two in the queen bed, also has two twin cots with linens available at no extra charge. A pack and play is available for small children. Stay warm with baseboard heat. Kitchenette comes with microwave, Kuerig, refrigerator and hot water pot. We provide towels for guests. There is shampoo and body wash in the shower dispensers.
