One-level private house. The Guest Suite has the lanai and private entry from the sidewalk! You'll love staying here. Green, Quiet area, with a lot of trees, plants, and flowers around the house. You'll hear the birds singing, and see absolutely friendly rabbits. Very convenient location. Easy access to I-75 and 41-US. Water Park, Golf courses, famous Warm Mineral Springs. Incredible beaches around 30 min. Jet Ski, kayak, and fishing. Shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes.

The living room has a 65 " smart TV,wall mounted with a LCD Fireplace below with surround sound- All TV's have Netflix.The bar room has a small refrigerator,pool table and dart board.Outside has a private lanai with Heated pool and a propane firepit.Enjoy the sonos sound with 55" smart TV in the Master bedroom the second bedroom also has a TV. The bar room,also has sonos as well as the lanai.30 minutes from several beaches.The garage will not be available.Home located in a quiet Cul de Sac

Cute comfy clean canal home fishing wildlife 3B/2B

Our Airbnb is the perfect place to relax. It’s a great space to play games or watch a movie. It has a nice Florida room that overlooks our fresh water canal or grab a chair and head down to the canal to chill or fish! We are only 11 miles from Punta Gorda airport, about 30 min to the beautiful Englewood beach or Boca Grande beach or only 55 min to Siesta Key Beach. Or enjoy Port Charlotte Beach Park with a small beach, pool, boat launch and playground which is only 5 miles from our Airbnb.

Relax with the whole family at this beautiful and peaceful country setting! You will enjoy the privacy and freedom of the wide open back yard. * Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature, a full acre with a small pond! Only 45 minutes to most beaches. Beautiful country with small antique town and parks to explore. Private acre close to farm. Walk out the door and see farm animals and a lovely pond. 2 loft bedrooms with queen beds. Downstairs has a daybed as well. Kitchenette complete with fridge sink and cook stove. Outside bar area on one side and the other has a fire pit and hammock.
