Mugsy's bunk house is just as cute as can be! While small in size, it's big on amenities and charm! The bunk house sleeps 7, and is complete with a kitchenette, full bath and covered patio which includes a hammock, table, firepit/chairs and charcoal grill. You'll also have access to additional shared bathrooms. It's alongside our scenic smaller pond. This pond is for catch and release fishing only, NO swimming. Progress Park has 9 total units on site. 2 houses, 5 airstreams & this bunk house.

1/4 mile long private driveway to a secluded two story house on 800 acres. The nearest neighbors are on the other side of the tree lines. Dutch doors open up to Parkay floors with instant views of the mighty Ohio River. A library and dedicated work space with HP laser jet printer available for guests. Fiber optic internet and Wi-Fi. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for parking. No sirens or traffic noise. This is a very quiet river valley. Please respect the vibe and do come back!
