Right on the water! Offstreet parking with 50 steps down to the front door. Sit on the deck above the water and watch spectacular sunsets over the Chilkat Mtn Range. The space will accommodate two couples or a family of six. Wonderful covered deck with grill and outdoor dining. Totally possible to see humpback whales, orca, seals, sea lions, waterfowl, river otters, harbor porpoises, kingfishers, eagles and bear while sitting on the deck or looking out the window. Family friendly & work space.

Views! Urban wilderness! House on the beautiful Alaskan coastline. Stay 5 minutes from the Capital and 15 minutes from Eaglecrest. This is a newly constructed unit with high ceilings and nice architectural touches. The space features an open floor plan, tons of light and a pristine bathroom with a large, tiled, walk-in shower and polished concrete floors. Take a break and unwind at this brand-new peaceful loft with a view of the ocean in Indian Cove. Close to Auke Rec for walks on the beach or trail. There is a filtered ocean view of the cove out the front of the living room and off the covered deck and a view on the other side from the kitchen. The ferry terminal is nearby, and it is a five-minute drive to stores and the airport.
