Island center with proximity to everything!

This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Nice house with 200 meters to the sea.

A bright and fresh holiday home in quiet Bredingestrand. The cottage area has its own private swimming area! Several nice beaches are available to visit in the nearby area. The house has a cosy porch with barbecue and evening sun. There is also dining table outside in the garden, amenities such as WiFi and AC. Swedish and German TV. From here you can reach southern Öland's rich range of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Only 200 meters to the sea in the beautiful coastal village of Djupvik, about 25 km north of Borgholm. Here you can enjoy a relaxing existence in a leafy and secluded garden. There are two spacious bedrooms, a fresh bathroom, a cozy sleeping loft, a spacious living room/kitchen with open up in the nock and a lovely outdoor space. Large wooden deck with plenty of room to hang out, eat and sunbathe. There is also a cottage with two beds. Wi/fi available.

Cozy and gently renovated century-old house that used to be a school where historical charm meets modern amenities in Källa in northern Öland. Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. Torp in country idyll

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Nice summer cottage in Djupvik

A nice place to stay in the middle of the place Djupvik located along the coastal road between Äleklinta and Sandvik. Djupvik is located 20 km north of Borgholm and from the house it is about 600 meters to the beach, 7.5 km to the community Sandvik where the nearest grocery store is. The accommodation consists of a living room, one kitchen, one bathroom two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a small guesthouse on the property with two bunk beds..

Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.

Beautiful holiday home on Öland

Enjoy a relaxing time with the whole family at this stylish accommodation in Sättra on Öland. The entire house is at your disposal and children are also welcome next door in the owner's garden, to let off steam at trampoline, sandbox, cable car and ping pong table. It is only 6 km to the sea with a beautiful quiet beach in Gärdslösa and from this central location you can explore both the north and the south of the island.

The house is located on the charming eastern side of Öland and newly built in 2017 with access to patio and garden. A quiet area with proximity to nature and experience of bird life. Ideal for cycling, and walking. Kårehamn is 7km away with a pleasant bathing beach. A fish shop with restaurant is generally open all weekdays. Köpingsvik is 10km from Mörby with more popular and larger bathing beaches.

Guest house with a quiet family in the countryside of Öland

The guest house is about 27m3 and has a sleeping loft that is 16 cm. I'm 170 cm long and you can see in the picture that I can stand straight up. The sofa is a sofa bed that is 180x75 But if needed we can set up an extra mattress 200x80 We finished building the house in the spring of 2021 and we're proud of the cool details we came up with. We simply love the house.
