Creek Side Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Our cottage is located at the top of the fish ladder and feet away from creek street. It is less than 5 minutes away from the stores on creek street. It is walking distance to the Thomas basin area. The house is three bedrooms (one bedroom does not have a door) and two bathrooms. You frequently see bald eagles flying around Ketchikan creek from the living room windows and the deck. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a grill.

Ketchikan - 2 Bedroom Cabin at Knudson Cove!

Located within walking distance to Knudson Cove Marina enjoy the private house setting but still be close to activities in the area. The living room is equipped with a 55” tv a huge sectional couch, an office area with a desk for work if needed. There is a dining table, futon couch, bar eating area in kitchen. The tree surroundings of the covered outdoor deck doubles as a great entertaining area equipped with bbq, tables and chairs, couches, and a chest freezer for your daily catch.

The Hummingbird house was built in 2017, nestled in Tongass National Rainforest. Cathedral ceiling, natural light surrounded by cedar trees with a filtered ocean view. Feels like you're tucked away in a treehouse. We are located across from the beach in a northend neighborhood. We also have a 2017 Jeep Renegade Rental listed on TURO. No smoking or vaping permitted. Local sales tax is 2.5% & transient occupancy tax of 4.0%. By U.S. General Services Admin for federal employee AK5107.

Cheerful 4 bedroom home in great central location

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Rainbird trailhead is 2 blocks up the street. Downtown is just a few miles away. The high school is across the street and perfect for sport teams coming to town. Each room is equipped with very comfortable beds to make your stay pleasant.
