Just a couple of blocks from downtown Klamath Falls, and within walking distance to many great restaurants, local brewery/pubs, parks, museums, local boutiques and numerous hiking trails! This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

River Haven Cottage

This is a cute little cottage built in the 1930's on the Williamson River. Down river, there are trout in it for fishing, catch and release only, anyone over 12 must have a license to fish. The deck at the back of the house is partially covered. The river is also great for playing, swimming (a little cold in spring) and for kayaking. There is a kayak rental store in town. The air is usually warm, 70's & 80's, on summer afternoons. There are stairs to enter the cottage. Great place to relax.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cute and cozy upstairs studio apartment located on 7 1/2 acres surrounded by matured ponderosa pines. Enjoy the firepit and your own patio with small grill and picnic table. Apartment is stocked with most of the amenities you will need. Close to Casino, Train Mountain, Crater Lake and Agency Lake. Enjoy the world class fishing experience on the Williamson River. When turning off 97 there is a triangle reflector hanging on telephone pole.

This home is located in the historic hot springs neighborhood just off Pacific Terrace, perfect for four to six guests. We are kid friendly with two queen bedrooms and a loft with an additional queen bed. The home has one full size bathroom with shower and claw foot tub. The open plan dinning room and lounge has a separate work from home station with original coffered ceilings.
