Mountain Views and Starry Skies in the Countryside

Come enjoy the quiet of the country, only 15 minutes south of town. Stunning views of the La Plata Mountains and dark night skies for great star-gazing! Nice area for cycling and walking. Many of our neighbors have donkeys, horses, llamas and goats, chicken and sheep. No cigarette smoking but we are 420 friendly (outside only please!). We are a safe place for women travelers. There is a Labrador Retriever that lives on this property but is not allowed in the guest suite.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. The apartment is above our detached garage with its own separate entrance. We've equipped it with everything you might need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street in addition to National Forest access and lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.
