The large bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave and Keurig coffeemaker. The kitchen and living area give you plenty of room to relax and have a meal. We are a dog-friendly property. This unit is suitable for small-medium dogs.

The Sunshine Room- 7 min walk to SPAC.

This is an old country home. Their room is full of light because it catches the morning sun. There is a shared coffee room with a coffee machine, microwave and small refrigerator. are located across the street from SPAC which is about a 7 minute walk. It is 1 mile from town a 5 minute DRIVE to the casino or thoroughbred track. Shopping and restaurant are wonderful.
