Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. This cozy little house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but is close to everything! Downtown Lansing, the airport, MSU, shopping centers and lots of restaurants are only a couple minutes away. There are two bedrooms upstairs along with a pull out couch. An additional bedroom is downstairs with an egress window. Two full bathrooms on the main floor.
