The Canal House

Our little getaway sits on a canal that leads into Lake Conroe. The marina at the lake offers jet skis and boats for rent. Our house comes with a canoe and a kayak. It also offers fishing in the canal. Very quiet, serene place with lots of beautiful birds. We particularly like to sit on the back porch and watch the egrets fly by or the ducks swimming in the canal. Perfect place for respite and recharge, or ramp it up and go jet skiing on the lake. Or both! This is a non-smoking home.

Get away from it all when you stay in a cozy rustic barndo that is like none other! This spacious converted barn with excellent AC/heat system, ceiling fans and luxury thread counts can be your quiet country get away for 1, 2 or 3 guests. When we offer retreats we accommodate up to 12 (hence all the beds you see in the photos) For AirBNB we limit accommodation to 3 and WE ARE NOT A PARTY VENUE. Charming efficiency apartment located on three-acre property... Feels like the country, but close to The Woodlands, Magnolia, Conroe, and Spring. Watch the deer in the yard and enjoy the quiet, wooded area! The apartment is attached to the garage, but not to the main house. The apartment has one bed plus a full kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs is a shared game room. Very flexible space. Home is nice and quiet, but still close to conveniences. Due to allergies, we do not accept animals.
