Wonderful Apartment with private yard next to MSU

Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-sight parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. Our long-awaited guest space in the LOWER LEVEL ( as in basement!) . There is a Living room, bedroom, bathroom w shower, a small kitchen with sink and small appliances. Decor is kept in clean and earthy colors. The entry is semi-private from Garage. Guests will enter through the garage into the home and then immediately find the access door to the basement. Reiki -and esthetician services are available in-house upon appointment. Stand-by Generator keeps us going throughout power-outages
