An easy 5 mile drive to Las Vegas Strip, only 10 miles to Red Rock recreation area and numerous golf courses just a few miles away. The home is in beautiful shape and is very comfortable for family gatherings. There is also a beautiful covered patio area with a gas or charcoal grills as well as an outdoor dining table.

My place is close to the Strip, Down Town,Las Vegas North Premium Outlet, & Las Vegas South Premium Outlets and Allegiant Stadium; 1 mile to Smith's & Starbucks, restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the location, is far enough to be off the Strip and close enough to be there in minutes. Quiet, safe, well established neighborhood. Older, larger homes near local casinos. My place is good for business travelers, and large groups.
