Aunt Patricia's Cozy, 2 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast

I have 2 private, bedrooms, that share a roomy bathroom. It is a suite. It is not a complete house. If you wish to reserve the 2nd bedroom, it is an additional $30 per person per night. If there are only two people, but wish to have separate bedrooms it is an extra $30 a night, mark your reservation as three people and that will give you the second bedroom. Enjoy a stocked refrigerator and microwave in a nice seating area. A continental breakfast will be provided.I look forward to meeting you.

The cottage is a stand-alone apartment with a separate living space from the main house, very private. Approximately 650 square feet includes large living area, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. High ceilings make the space large and airy. Private entrance and patio. The property is up the hill on the edge of town, with beautiful views of the valley below. Large flower and vegetable garden areas, as well as chickens and a small forest to enjoy. Two wineries and a brewery within a few miles.

This comfortable and clean guest apartment is located in the daylight basement of our home in a quiet neighborhood. There is a private entry from the home's side yard and access to the apartment from the main living area has locks on both sides for your privacy and ours. The home is two miles from downtown Moscow and University of Idaho, and a 20-minute drive to Washington State University. We are available as needed and are happy to answer questions or provide community information.

Simple and homey cabin in town

My place is a hand-built log cabin on a half-acre of grass, trees, flowers, and gardens. When built in 1940, it was on the edge of Moscow, surrounded by similar large lots, but now it is an oasis of open space and green surrounded by apartments and businesses. It is 5 minutes from downtown and 10 from UI by bike (more by car). It's quiet at night and busy during working hours. West Morton is a short dead-end street. Guests park on my property. I have a 5-star Aussie dog.

A spacious living area with a large screen TV, two couches, and an electric fireplace provides you with a comfy space to decompress after a busy day on campus, at a game or after a long drive. The two bedrooms sleep 4 people total and a roll away bed is available if needed. The breakfast bar is stocked with coffee, teas, and loads of snacks. There is no sink.
