This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride. Please be aware during March and April you may hear construction from a house being built on the lot next door from 7-5 during the week.

It is perfectly designed for 1 guest or a couple; has its own kitchenette, a full-sized bed, and a 100 year old footed tub w a shower. Guests must walk up 3 steps without a handrail to get into the cottage. Must be 21 or older to book. A cot can be brought in upon request but it is a tight fit. Please see photos with cot in space.

Small studio (#4) in the heart of SOMA

This small apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed, separate desk/work area, full kitchen, and full bath. We live on the first floor and rent three apartments upstairs. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, bakeries, art museum, and brewery. Dogs are allowed, but no cats. We love cats, but have had problems with spraying.
