Not just a place to sleep, it's a retreat! Lovely lower level of a home in quiet neighborhood. House is on two acres with fabulous mountain views. Suite is approx. 1900 square feet with lots of amenities including use of hot tub, pool table, fitness room, theater, horseshoes, peaceful outdoor space &more. Beds include one king bed in a bedroom, one full and one queen bed in a bedroom, one queen and one full futon in the recreation room. One full futon in the office area. NO SMOKERS PLEASE!

Custom remodeled modern A Frame. Completely private, in the middle of 12 acres, 15 min from Boulder; 40 min to Denver. Cedar Japanese hot tub and outdoor shower over looking creek. A separate lower level (private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, tv, living room) is available at an extra $100/night. All pricing for this home is for 4 guests. Addt'l guest will be charged a fee of $50 pp pn up to 8 guests. I've spent the last decade designing the perfect retreat, a place to relax and unwind.

Please note that smoking & parties are not allowed. Many young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but difficult rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. Also note that a co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage.

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
