Our 800 sq ft cottage is perfect for a small family or a couples get away. Our cottage is located in Woodland Beach. We are very close to Sterling State Park. 15 miles from Toledo and 25 miles to Detroit. Enjoy an evening outdoors, bring your firewood and use the firepit or bring dinner for grillin.

Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

This little cottage drips with character & detail. It's gas lantern burns 24/7, open floor plan to the whitewashed v-groove ceilings, hardwood floors, wonderful beds & bedding to the well appointed kitchen boasting a gas range, drawer micro & subzero fridge concealed behind lovely white cabinetry - it calls out to the cook in all of us. A sunroom on the rear of the house looks into a peaceful yard with a brick patio for relaxing. Full laundry. All in the sleepy village of Sylvania.

It shares the property with another two-bedroom Cottage seen in the photos. The backyard of the property is 88 ft wide by about 100 ft deep, and sits back from the road about 50 ft. The two bedroom and one bedroom recently had the driveways merged into 1 large lot to accommodate utility workers and boaters!
