Cozy, attached, Handicap Accessible apartment in the woods with private entrance. One bedroom with queen bed and living room queen hide- a -bed couch . One bathroom with roll in shower. Complete kitchen, WiFi, Streaming TV, and Huge yard for kids and dogs. Indoor, Seasonal pool, heated late April-late Sept. Year round Hot Tub on the deck overlooking the woods. Secluded and very quiet but close to everything, just 10 minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, the beach and the state park.

This quiet TINY (144sq ft) gem, privately tucked away and yet very accessible, Cabin Unwind, has a seasonal porch, queen sized bed, a few 'kitchen appliances' and GREAT wifi. The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. WINTER GUESTS, please note...DON'T come down the driveway without PROPER WINTER tires! Leave your car at the turnaround and I'll gladly shuttle you and your gear.

Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.
