Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Beautiful first floor, 1 bedroom/1.5 bath beach block OCNJ condo. There is a second story deck over looking the ocean. The condo was completely renovated in 2022. Large master bedroom with full bathroom. There is an updated kitchen, large refrigerator, Wifi, two HDTVs , DVD player, Central AC and a washer/dryer. There is Sac O Subs, Mallon's Bakery and A la Mode ice cream within walking minutes from the condo. One mile from Corson's inlet for boating and kayaking. We rent all year.

Margate City, NJ is between Atlantic City & Ocean City.It is a small, clean, & safe beach town which offers great summer activities. The house is 3 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the bay. Fine dining restaurants, tennis courts, playgrounds and Lucy the Elephant are minutes away in walking distance. The AC casinos are 4 miles away and offer all kinds of entertainment & fine dining.The best attraction though remains the beach.

Bi-level, single family home, on a cul de sac, in residential neighborhood. The home, 2700 square feet, sleeps 8 people, formal living room, family room and has two backyard patios, deck off of each the upstairs bedrooms and a sundeck on top. 7 minute drive to Atlantic City. Beach access(chairs and tags provided) is a block away. Great home for a family vacation.
