Three bedroom home, allow up to 8. Hot tub overlooking backyard pond. Plenty of room to entertain or relax. TV's in common spaces. Piano, foosball table, record player, 4 pinball games. 2 full baths. Easy access to I55, I74, ISU, IWU, Heartland, State Farm, Rivian. Parking in driveway, plenty of street parking, up and downstairs backyard decks. Decor is eccentric, inclusive, diverse. We do require guests to have to rented from AIRBNB before and have reviews for us to view.

This room is the master suite of the house with a California King bed, TV in-room, and a full bathroom all to yourself. Other than the bedrooms, the rest of the house is shared space. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, the living room, the basement with a workstation, and the backyard and deck area. There are also two cardio bikes in the garage for shared use.
