This nice apartment is just 5 miles from the Dreams Park and 8 miles from Cooperstown. It is one minute drive to the village of Milford - home to a restaurant, deli, and microbrewery. The apartment itself has one bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and full kitchen. WiFi and streaming TV are provided. There is even good cell service here. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and small families.

Hawkhill, an idyllic and secluded getaway. 2 bedrooms, queen bed per bedroom. high speed WiFi. Electric heat, wood stove, and large windows. Snuggle by the fire and watch the wildlife. Driveway access all year. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August, cools space well. No cleaning fee.

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays with check in/out days consistent with the Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule. The 2025 season runs from 5/25-8/29/25 and the schedule is depicted in our photos. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
