Enjoy breakfast with a view of the tiger exhibit each morning. Located 9 minutes from Trinity Hospital and 20 minutes from the Minot AFB, it is ideal for travel nurses or airforce families waiting for housing. Enjoy a stay in a 1928 Sears and Roebuck home on a working ranch! Hunters have enjoyed this ranch since there's plenty of room for gear, and a place to clean game. Families love the space and the animals! We are located approximately 30 miles from the J. Clark Salyer Refuge, a bird lovers paradise; and approximately 60 miles from the International Peace Garden. A great space for family gatherings! If you need more space book the basement also, it is listed as the "LayZtee Addition".

Rice Lake, ND

Peaceful lake house located 20 minutes SW of Minot, ND. Completely remodeled in 2019 with many of the amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Incredible lake views and sunsets with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, two bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin bunk beds. About 1900 finished square feet and private parking for 8 cars. Very quiet lot with private shoreline.

The apartment is right downtown on Main St! Leave your car parked in it’s assigned space and go for a walk. A convenience store is a block away and there are a couple restaurants also downtown. And if you’re thirsty there’s a wine bar and a beer pub just down the street!
