The reviews speak for itself- Sunset Manor is one of the top vacation rentals in Belmar. Built in 2018, this beautiful home is across from the beachfront park along Shark River. Waterfront views from the front porch & one of the best sunsets at the Shore! Walk out your door to the Belmar Marina area, which hosts mini golf, fishing charter boats, kayak/paddleboard rentals & waterside dining. The backyard has a patio, grill, outdoor shower, and large driveway with plenty of parking (rare for Belmar!). In addition to the wraparound covered porch facing the water, the home's best feature is the very large open floor plan which combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another room on the first floor which can also be used as a bedroom. Close to Main Street, Belmar train station, Garden State Parkway, and Asbury Park. The home also includes our infamous giant-sized adirondack chair!

Renovated 750 sq ft. 2nd level, 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment with a nice attached upper deck and separate side entrance. Only 2 blocks from the beach and in walking distance to all of the hottest spots including DJais and Bar Anticipation. We offer free to use Wifi and relax back at the house on one of the couches and watch some entertainment from our 50inch TV. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything you need! Built in 1889, and renovated just a couple of years ago, this home is in north Asbury Park. We feature a large wrap-around front porch and a large landscaped fenced-in back yard with a deck off the house. Once the reservation is approved we require that you submit a picture ID and signature of lease. Reservation will not be considered complete without it.

you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.
