If you like to cook, you'll enjoy the fully stocked housewares and high end kitchen appliances. New washer and dryer are located in structure behind cottage to maximize your living space inside the cottage. Beautiful bathroom with granite decor, vaulted ceiling and skylight. The private cottage is all yours. You have direct private 24/7 access to the cottage through the driveway gate. The back yard garden, patio, fire pit and jacuzzi are shared. I enjoy meeting and talking to my guests, providing advice and recommendations (if requested) about local highlights and places to explore in the nearby nature (parks, hiking trails, great beach locations). I enjoy back yard BBQs with guests, friends and neighbors. This lovely cottage is walking distance from the nightlife, restaurants, and bars of both downtown Redwood City and downtown San Carlos. There's a beautiful park at the end of the block. Plus, it's a convenient commute for Silicon Valley. Street parking is easy in this residential neighborhood. 15 minute walk to the Redwood City Caltrain station. Due to the great location close to downtown and Caltrain, you WILL hear trains passing through and some vehicle traffic from the main road nearby. For your safety and security, external security cameras cover all external access points to the cottage, automatically recording any motion activity day or night, providing live remote monitoring and alerts. Backyard cottage with lots of charm

The cottage is awesome, private, clean, and spacious. There's a queen bed, futon, tall table with stools, and kitchenette. It is located in a quiet and pleasant residential neighborhood, steps from the original Google Garage, where the company was initially started. The cottage is standalone, with its entrance. It is deep-cleaned after every stay. There is a nice patio around it that you can use, with an amaca and a few other amenities. No pets or smoking allowed. It's possible to rent a bike.
