Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. This welcoming two-room guest suite has a queen bed and a separate living room with an impressive library, cathedral ceilings, and a full-sized sofa bed (additional fees apply for use of extra bed). Kitchen features granite counter tops and is stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, coffee & tea makers, a microwave, and a dishwasher! The bathroom includes a tub, shower, and built-in vanity. Children lodging with an attentive adult must be at least 7 years old to stay in this unit.

Located at the beach, a cozy one bedroom fully furnished suite on and overlooking Nantucket Sound, unit 211 is on the second floor, first level containing full bath, living - dining room combination, kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, fireplace and enclosed deck containing the hot tub. On the second level is the master bedroom (king bed) with balcony overlooking The Sound. Beautiful private beach, heated pool and BBQ area. Unfortunately, no pets.
