Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. This adorable 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage sleeps 6/8 and is walking distance to Canyon Lake's Boat Ramp 7, has several boat ramp options nearby, as well as a neighborhood park w/playground & pickle /basket ball courts .B/c we are on a double lot you will have plenty of room for parking a boat. We love making memories so we have included free high speed internet, a ping pong table, outdoor fire pit, grill, tree swing and hot tub.
