Life's A Beach! Relaxing ranch close to beach!!!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy coffee in the hammock, or smores by the fire pit. Enjoy the pool table, ping pong or board games in the game room. Play wii or relax and watch some tv and unwind. 3 minute drive to Sheridan beach or 10 minute walk. 5 minute drive to Washington Park Zoo, 20 minutes to Indiana Dunes and under 15 minutes to New Buffalo. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Michigan city for dining /shopping. 5 minutes to Blue Chip Casino and Premium Outlets.

Quiet neighborhood, 1 mile from Lincoln Township Beach (Lake Michigan), 8 miles to Silver Beach and Lions Park Beach in St. Joseph, MI, 8 miles to Warren Dunes State Park and Beach, in the heart of wine/beer country. A small gas grill and firepit + wood, and chairs and a patio table on back patio. Owner lives next door and will be available to answer questions about the area.

The "Beach House" offers privacy and stunning views of the Beachwalk Community and Lake Michigan. Enjoy the open concept family room/dining area, flat screen TV, fireplace, and a farmhouse table that seats 12. You can also enjoy the sunset from the top floor "birds nest" with views of the Chicago skyline. The lower level is perfect for kids to watch TV and play games and is equipped with bunks that sleep up to 7 people. A Staircase leads to a private walkway for access to Lake Michigan.

1 mile from BLUE CHIP CASINO - with its new SPORTS BOOK and is where the away team stays for NOTRE DAME FOOTBALL, 2 miles from the outlet mall, 7 blocks to the beach, and plenty of parking! 3 bedrooms (4 beds) and 1 bathroom. This is a great place regardless of the season and though in the city; it backs up to woods with lovely walking trails. The home also has hi speed internet/WiFi and HD cable television. Simple, practical home in a safe neighborhood - and it’s a bargain!

Our property is unique in that we have 9 vacation rental cottages on one acre.
