This special place is located on the University of Delaware’s central campus within walking distance to Main Street’s fine dining and fun shopping. Come stay on Quality Hill and stay in the heart of historic Newark. Built in 1885, this historic Victorian home was once a B&O Railroad tenant house. In the early 1900’s the building was converted into 5 apartments and has been owned and operated by the same family for the past 75 years. Experience our recently renovated modern Victorian apartment.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Livingroom has a sofa bed that can accomodate extra guest as well, and also we do ahve airb beds on request in addition to the three bedrooms. Two of the rooms have their own private full acess bathroom. All rooms comes with a mini -fridge in addition to the fridge in the kitchen. Washer and dryer is available. Living room comes with a skyline view whiles one of the room also have one. If you have any questions contact the host.

1000 sq ft first floor unit of a 2-unit luxury downtown townhouse. As this was my former home, I designed it with my comfort & class in mind. But don't take my word for it: see the reviews! Two free parking spaces.
